How tall does it make u I’m 5’2

5'6. I'm 5'2 as well and if you wear all layers, it makes you 5'6. You could be 5'7 too depending on the height your shoe already adds to you. Example: I am 5'2 but my boots add an inch, making me 5'3. Adding the insoles was adding four inches, so in total I became 5'7. Practice wearing them all at once because it's like a high heel and your feet will hurt. Try to avoid these if you have plantar fasciitis.

I need a slight lift on my right leg to prevent back pain. Will these help?

Though they are comfortable in my vans and Jordan’s. I wouldn’t recommend them for back pain. They definitely increase your height.
