This is an excellent commercial toaster, I bought this for my brother in law, they have a restaurant and their toaster stopped working, so I bought this one which is a great value and the quality is better than I thought. Something was wrong with the setting would put on 3 for bread and it would burn black. Put settings on lowest and had to babysit it up down and turn around it worked for about a month that’s it. Too late to return so I had to throw it away 😟

I purchased this toaster for our diner. It really changed the speed at which we complete our orders. It has really become a huge lynch pin in the kitchen. After 5 months of use the upper heating element went quit working. I inspected the upper heating element and no cracks or reason it shouldn’t work. At this point I decided to disassemble the toaster and I found the problem very easily. The issue was a crimp fitting had failed and the negative connection was not making contact. About 5 minutes of work and it was back in business: -while the toaster was down I contacted the seller about potentially sending me new heating elements. In a very timely manner they responded and were very willing to help with my issue. I would highly recommend buying from this seller. Fast, efficient, friendly customer service is extremely hard to find anymore.

Great upgrade from our last toaster fast and the eject button actually pops the toast or whatever you’re toasting out of the unit! Absolutely love that. Also, this specific toaster has a chrome cat that’s easily removable and can be cleaned. My last toaster did not and you’d have to flip it completely upside down. Love the upgrade!
