This was purchased for emergency off road recovery as a gift for someone I camp & dune with. He carried it for almost a full season before it was needed and it worked like a charm. This is the third one I've bought. Got my brother and dad one for Father's Day and now myself since they had another incredible sale. My dad is the type to have every tool and gadget and wasn't impressed until I showed him how it works, now he takes it with him everywhere so he can find someone stuck to try it out on. My brother on the other hand was just as excited as a kid in a candy store. - there's a unspoken rule when out in the desert and it's ALWAYS STOP AND HELP IF SOMEONE IS IN NEED BECAUSE ONE DAY THAT WILL BE YOU WHO NEEDS THE HELP. - My brother has used this this many times and it has easily gotten out everything he's tried it on. No more whiplash or hard pulls on your truck when trying to pull someone out like you get with a normal tow strap, just strap thing thing on and sling shot them out. I highly recommend you to keep this rope with you and take advantage of one of the many sales they have throughout the year.

Nice equipment in a compact package. Complete overkill for what I'm using it for, but will definitely not break. Easy to handle, simple to clean up.

Did a little test 2 4x4 doing tug.pickup is around 2.3 tons suv around 2.5tons no shock load.hopefully it's strong i saw a couple of reviews of it breaking in half.so far so good
