Got this to provide a smoother transition between rooms for my mom's wheelchair. The old transition was wood and chunkier making the wheelchair bump into the transition rather than go over it. This one is lower profile so the wheels have less resistance. The stickum didn't really stick in my case. I probably should have really scrubbed the floor but I just did a light cleaning so it failed. I had to revisit sticking it to the floor with aftermarket means. Its been a few months and the thing is still kickin' so I'd say its working out well.

I've been using this for months so far, and just getting around to a review. I laid this down a singular time, and it hasn't slipped or repositioned at all. I have five dogs, four cats, and two children, plus myself. We are in and out of this bathroom every single day, multiple times a day, and this hasn't even so much as dented or lost its finish. I will definitely buy this particular transition strip every time I need to still up flooring transitions that are same height. It was really easy to install, I just had to peel off the back and lay it down on a clean surface. It cuts really easily and has a really accurate color to what is shown.

Replaced metal strip with the light grey strip - ceramic tile to carpet threshold. Much cleaner and smoother look. Very easy to cut & install. Liked the professional look so much we ordered a second one.

This ended up looking nice as an edging for carpet in a closet. 2 dings: 1) I had to leave it unrolled for two weeks to get mostly flat 2) The sticky on it worked in the middle but not on the edges. So I had to use some 3M HD double stick tape to hold down each end.

Wow! We were wondering where we were going to find a wooden threshold transition strip in the matching colour as our flooring but it was here on Amazon that I found the perfect product! It is better than wood because the transition are at the threshold is always being stepped on and having pressure applied, not to mention the cold temps in winter and then the hot temps in summer, this more pliable product will be able to handle it better than the wooden transition we had before. I do not think for one second the adhesive will adhere after the first couple of months but we will use another stronger adhesive when that time comes. It matches our grey luxury vinyl plank flooring perfectly too! No one would ever guess it wasn’t wooden. I took one star away because I could tell the adhesive was not great. If you buy this strip, buy an extra adhesive and use that with it right off the bat or wait and use it when this adhesive give up. Overall, very impressed, love the low price and I highly recommend!!
