Why the tiny pump is not working?

1, Random cables sometimes will not match with our battery, please try the cable we send in pump bag 2, The pump is now clicking twice to start avoiding accident power on in the bag.

What if the bag is leaking?

1, The rapid leakage is usually operational issue that end gasket of zipper is not fully closed. 2, Though it's rare, you are most welcomed to ask for replacement if leaking happens overnight.

Why the bag is not vacuuming down?

1, Please check the cloth under check valve, unbreathable cloth will block the air extraction tunnel. 2, The zipper not fully closed at end gasetek also leads to vacuuming failure.

Why is the zipper still tight comparing to normal ones?

Our new zipper reduced 50% pulling strength from last Gen zipper however it is still air tight zipper but much friendly for elders and females.
