How does the steam work on the M3Pro & TG1600?

Steam is on demand: it comes out only when you press to steam, giving a focused burst right where you need it. The tank takes regular tap water, and the M3Pro's vertical steam lets you refresh hanging garments and curtains.

Are the M3Pro & TG1600 cordless?

No. They feature a long cord, which gives you room to move around your pressing area. Automatic dual voltage (120V/220V) means the same iron works in your home studio and when you travel abroad.

Will it get hot enough for heavier costume fabrics?

Yes. The iron heats up quickly, and the fabric selector goes to full heat for cotton and linen. The Diamond Ceramic-Flow soleplate glides from delicate silks to heavyweight cottons.

What is the ironing board cover made of?

The cover is 100% cotton with the Yaya Han Cherry Blossom design, over an attached synthetic felt pad. It is listed as scorch-resistant and heat reflective.

What do I use a pressing cloth for?

Place it between your iron and your project to protect the fabric. It works as a shield for appliqué and garments when you are ironing, quilting, sewing, or building cosplay.
