I have had severe cramping in my legs/thighs/feet for years and nothing has helped. I started getting cramps all down my sides, under my ribcage and in my back now too. The doctors have no idea what causes it and all they recommend is going on dangerous medication. I tried this and it has helped. The first 2 weeks I didn't have any cramps set in. They felt like they were going to start but didn't. The last few weeks I have had cramping again but I think I have to take the quinine more often every single day. I am SO glad to have found this product and I will keep using it!

Update: I reached out to the shipper and got a quick reply telling me the dropper may have been clogged with sediment. I followed the instructions given and the problem is resolved. I appreciated the quick reply and offer to replace the dropper of that didn't work. Great customer service! Opened today to use for the first time but the dropper is defective and will not draw product into the pipette for use. Unable to submit a return. I'm not happy. This was not inexpensive and unless the seller will provide a replacement it's a total loss.

I have nightly leg cramps and I have been using oral magnesium and potassium with little help. The cramps would lock in (often in both legs at once!) and have me down on the floor in agony for up to 45 min. before subsiding. I started using the quinine... just one dose before bed for about a month now. Even though I have felt like I would get a cramp, the cramp never "locked in" since I have been using the quinine. Have reordered a larger bottle and plan to continue to use it on a nightly basis as it is the best preventative I have tried. Love it! Not unpleasant to take either!

Over the past several yrs, I have suffered with very painful nighttime leg cramps. At times they occurred in my calf, SHINS or thighs , in other words unpredictable but OH SO PAINFUL. MD's really had no suggestions as all my labs are normal. Then last yr I stumbled on this product and have been using it faithfully a dropperful at night. When I skip it , the cramps return. So as far as I am concerned it works!

My daughter is taking this and Hu Zhang (Herb Pharm) for persistent Lyme disease. They seem to be working bcs we’ve seen a good reduction of symptoms. The taste is good and quality seems good. So far we are pleased with this product. Have been using daily about 2 months

MY 2nd PURCHASE. After only a few days of use my pain is gone. This has all but completely resolved my issues. Most every night I was in horrible horrible leg & hip pain plus my pain level was most days a (10) with tears, now it’s basically gone with very very few exceptions, last night I had discomfort that I’d rate NO more than a (2) on a scale Of 0-10. I swear by this. Please don’t ever stop making and selling this.
