Does this come with a weakly weekly dilution guide?

It comes with a plastic teaspoon. I use half of that per gallon of water

I live in California with hard tap water, is this the correct formula for my orchids?

My apologies for my late reply, I have been away lecturing on orchids. Of the three MSU formulas this formula (13-3-15) would be my first choice for hard tap water. My second choice would be K-Lite (12-1-1).

is this used as a bloom buster with the 19x4x23 MSU fertilizer???

No, the formula created as a bloom booster to be used with that blend is NPK 0-18-21. We have it in stock I just haven’t had a chance to list it on here yet

I use clear glass vases and 24 hour water method , is this good for that

I have only used the fertilizer once since I bought it. For orchids, and other plants, be sure there are holes at the bottom for excess water drainage. Orchid roots, or any other plant roots, will rot if they sit in water, and they will die. Orchids, and other plants get watered once a week, or when soil is dry. Hope this helps. I bought this fertilizer mainly for my orchids, but it can also be used on other plants. Good Luck.
