This pan didn’t even last 6 months! I used it only to make eggs and cleaned with soap and water. Initially I thought it was because of hard water in our place but I tried cleaning it with vinegar to remove any buildup and that backfired spectacularly. Overrated, fake product. There is no visible damage or discoloration on the top layer and yet no amount of oil has prevented the food from sticking. I heat it to proper temperature and have tried everything from internet’s collective wisdom to make an egg on this. It just doesn’t work.

I've used the oan quite a bit since purchasing it. I have zero regrets.

I was surprised to find that I had to put the handles on both the lid and pan, but it was easy. Cooking with this pan is such a pleasure. I don't need to keep the heat low, like I did on my previous non-slip fry pan. And I can cook a steak without any oil at oil. Cleaning it is so easy too. Very happy with my purchase.

I haven't used it much yet, but the few times I have, it has worked out really well! The lid fits perfectly and matches. The sides are straight down, making it ideal to cook a larger quantity. I Iike that it came with a silicone spatula to use so one doesn't scrape the coating with anything metal. I really like the color too, unique compared to other options. While cooking, one does need to remember that these ceramic coated pans do NOT do well over high heat. Try not to go much past medium heat. I ruined 2 of these pans not knowing that! Also, opposite the heat-resistant handle is a bit of a small handle for lifting the pan with 2 hands. HOWEVER that small handle is NOT heat resistant as it is part of the actual pan. I have burned my hands twice by grabbing that part of the pan. 😭 Hopefully whoever designed this product can add some kind of silicone cover for that handle, cuz OUCH! This pan arrived in a large box with the handle attached. I couldn't believe the reviews of people who have previously ordered these pans and then complained about the handle not being attached! If you're a grown-up, you should have both a flat-head and Philips-head screwdriver! But in a pinch, everyone knows to just use a butter knife! So because several people didn't like being bothered by attaching a handle, the amount of cardboard used to ship this is sad and ridiculous. For shame!
