Really good quality. But you'll need much more if you severely and objectively have very low stomach acid. Probably go to reddit and other forums for complete knowledge. But if you have a zinc deficiency, then it doesn't matter how many of these pills you take, it will never be able to replace zinc. I do not need this product anymore after I fixed my zinc deficiency. But that was in my case, you might have another or more deficiencies or another issues. So get a hair analysis done. Serum blood test doesn't show the full picture.

Not much difference as I observed there are days I took two capsules twice or thrice and see some noticable change and some days I didn't take and my digestion was better too. Only thing is my SIBO never came back may be because of this or I changed my eating habits. May be try adding some digestive enzymes with Betaine HCl like pepsin. You can try yourself and see how it works for you.

Good HCL but costly like other options
Its effective. However like all betaine HCL options, very very expensive. I switched to buying my own HCL powder in quanitity along with gelatin capsules and making my own HCL tablets. Much cheaper option.

HCL is not good.
I don't know why this manufacturer sells Betaine HCL which is known for stomach & digestive issue where its purpose is to treat & improve liver diseases (not F3-F4 Fibrosis & Cirrhosis). They should sell Betaine (Trimethylglycine / TMG / Betaine anhydrous).
