Super tasty. Perfect heat
What I dislike about most hot sauces is the vinegar added is too pungent and ruins the taste. Not the case here!

Flavourful heat but confusing flavours!
I'm writing this review almost a month after using it. This sauce is good for what it claims. It's hot but manageable, it's flavourful but the issue here is, in an attempt to make it suitable for most cuisines, the flavour ends up being confusing. The reason are two main ingredients - Celery and Soy sauce. Celery flavour is pronounced and this leans towards Continental cuisine. The Soy sauce provides Umami and depth of flavour but ends up pulling it towards a oriental cuisine. I tried using it with Chinese but the Celery flavour does not suit Chinese cuisine. I tried it with Continental but the Soy sauce flavour does not make it suitable for Continental as well. At best it may go well with Indian cuisine but then again the flavour of Celery does not compliment this as well. So overall, I now have no idea which cuisines to pair this with and feel it doesn't go well with anything. Just my thoughts! They should have either stuck to Celery only without Soy sauce or removed Celery and retained Soy Sauce. This one is neither here nor there. Try at your own risk!

Pretty good.
One of the spiciest sauces available on the market. Probably the spiciest I have come across and I have tried a lot of sauces!! Though compared to having actual Bhut Jolokia, it is not as spicy. I have eaten Bhut, this sauce compared to that level of spiciness, I would give it a 7/10, even then it is still very good. Good flavour profile as well, chat pat and spicy. Not recommended for children and people who are not used to spicy food. I will probably be a long time customer of this sauce.

Not too spicy , but overall good.a bit over priced.
Good product for giving ur food a bit unique taste it's a bit spicy, sour &umami flavoured. But not as spicy as it says. The heat level is medium scale even a 10 yrs kid can go for it. It's a bit over priced. It should had been โน100 to โน120 to be a reasonable price for this product.

Review: Kaatil Chili Sauce โ The Silent Assassin of Joy โRating: 0.5/5 โThe First Impression โThe label on Kaatil looks like a warning sign youโd see on a high-voltage fence. Once you pop the cap, the smell hits youโnot like fresh peppers or garlic, but like a flare gun being fired inside a small closet. It has a sharp, medicinal odor that suggests the ingredients weren't grown; they were synthesized. โThe Texture โThe consistency is a nightmare. Itโs thin enough to splash everywhere but contains weird, fibrous chunks that look like they were chopped with a lawnmower. It doesn't coat your food; it stains it, leaving behind a neon-orange oily slick that defies soap and water. โThe Flavor: A Crime Scene โThe name "Kaatil" is accurate because it effectively murders every other flavor on your plate. โThe Attack: A wave of artificial vinegar that tastes like it was aged in a plastic bucket. โThe Middle: A strange, soapy bitterness that makes you check the bottle to see if you accidentally bought dish detergent. โThe Heat: This isn't a "gourmet burn." Itโs a chemical sting. It doesn't have the fruity depth of a real chili; it just feels like someone is holding a soldering iron to your tongue while you eat a spoonful of salt. โThe Aftermath โEating Kaatil is a commitment youโll regret for 48 hours. It leaves a film on the roof of your mouth that makes everything elseโwater, bread, even airโtaste like burnt rubber. Itโs the only sauce Iโve encountered that makes the food itโs on taste cheaper. โFinal Verdict โKaatil isn't a condiment; itโs a dare gone wrong. Itโs the kind of sauce you give to someone you never want to talk to again. If you see this bottle on a table, run. โ"I didn't finish my wings. I didn't even finish my sentence. I just went home and sat in the dark." โWould you like me to turn this into a short, punchy social media caption for an "Avoid This" post?

Moderately spicy go for it but a straight NO for die hard spice enthusiasts
Product quality - 4/5 the bottle arrived in good condition, intact Heat level - 2.5/5 if you are someone who is bad at managing heat or can tolerate average to moderate level of spice go for it, for the ones who are spice enthusiasts & want mouth numbing to mouth burning spice( like the spicy buldak noodles 2x to 3x) DONT go for it, as its not that spicy Taste level/ wateriness /consistency 4.5/5 - the taste level is average, goes well with sandwiches , popcorn , chips anything, not too watery, has an earthy slightly tangy undertone with umami , has less of peppery/tingling spiciness Value for money - 3/5 If you want something which is tasty, tangy moderately spicy go for it but a straight no for die hard spice enthusiasts

Spicy and flavourful.
no 7 was my first hot sauce and it was favorite for French fries, while people would say no 7 felt tangy it was mostly balanced the heat comes in the end. while no 9 is feels smokey and the heat was instantaneous and in the end my head starts itching. good job to kaatil for making this delicious sauce. i have tried Naagin kantha bomb and bhoot jolokhia, while kantha bomb feels fresh and bhoot jolokhia is insanely hot they lack the flavour which kaatil delivers. I'll surely buy no 7 and 9 again.

Not 'Super Hot', but Very Tasty, Meaty Sauce. Highly Recommend.
Ghost Pepper sauces can be hard to rate for heat level, as there is variability. Ghost is my high end tolerance level, as reaper on up is just too hot. I want flavor and enough spice to know it's there without over taking the actual taste. This sauce fits that category. It's a 'meatier' sauce, which adds a heartiness I like, especially if used in chili. It's a mid-thickness blend and while not at the upper end of the heat level for Ghost Peppers, it's enough that you'll feel the sting without making you cry! Great stand alone on tacos, etc. also good for chili's, soups, and my favorite: Mixing it into refrigerated blue cheese dressing for a spicy salad!!

If you love garlic
It has a very smoky flavor with a heavy garlic taste. It is also slightly hotter than I like but it is not nuclear hot. I am normally fine with garlic but it was just too much for me. If you like hot and garlic, then you will enjoy it more than I did.

Mild spice, STONG smokey/soysauce favour
I feel lied to. All these reviews stating how hot this is... my homemade eschoveitch sauce is a 100 times hotter. This was mild with a VERY bold smoky flavour that I'm not a fan of. Maybe I need to try it on some chinese food [because of that soy sauce base]... I was expecting this to knock my socks. Anyways, I'm unimpressed with this and SO disappointed.
