As an old bodybuilder with injuries I use bands for the last 7 years. I had been using the ptp band system but they wore out so I tried these because of the cheaper price. Weak! .. Their 20.4kg is smaller and weaker than ptp 14.9kg. As you can see in photo. The other sizes are also weak. I have doubts about their durability due to the feel of it. These bands are on par with the super cheap bands you can buy except these look good.

Light to medium weight. Durable and extremely portable. The equipment is all very comfortable to use and it really works wonders. I'm a 28 year old guy and Ive been using the 55+35 together to do my arms, chest, and back. I have it attached to the top of my door. I can do my entire arms full circle with it like this. Turn away from the door and you can do your chest, biceps, and triceps well. Turn around and you can get your back and triceps also. I've also managed to do ab work outs kneeling and holding a single handle behind my head and touching my head to the floor.

Good enough for the price! The quality is good and you get different exercise options which is great! Good for beginner fitness levels!
