Perfect fit.
I have an older Kenmore Elite washer , model #796.31523211 (made by LG, took me forever to figure that out!! But, 796 in the model number is the indicator) anyway, the softener tray cracked and would no longer form a seal underneath, so the softener would just stay in the tray. This replacement was a perfect fit and functioned as it should. Just overpriced, lol.

As good as the original.
I couldn't believe I had to order this for a washer but I'm glad it was available. It was easy to you as you just slide it into the slot and it is working. It does everything the original does and helps distribute the detergent through the wash. It is a great thing to have.
