Absolutely Excellent
I'm not a professional photographer, but an avid amateur. I photograph landscapes, astrophotography, and super macros. I've always used a bridge camera. This past month, I upgraded my old Canon to a Panasonic Lumix FZ2500, with a 1" sensor. The snowflake, bumble bee, and Orion Nebula were taken with the old Canon SX40hs. I had a 30 year old Manfrotto Bogen Tripod with a ball head. While it's an excellent tripod and head, it's also super heavy. The Lumix is a large, heavy bridge camera, weighing nearly a kilo. I'm disabled and lugging the camera outfit and tripod around is too much, so I needed to rethink the tripod. I bought a Neewer carbon fiber tripod. It weighs 3.4 pounds, and came equipped with a ball head. I decided I wanted a fluid pan/tilt head instead of the ball. After looking at numerous pan heads, I was lucky to run across the Innorel F20. Almost all pan heads have a -60° tilt limit; a few have -70°. The Innorel F20 advertised a full +/-90°. I prefer to buy equipment that's capable of handling much larger loads than I need. The Innorel has a respectable weight bearing limit of 5kg (11 lbs). The included ball head weighed 13.6 ounces. The Innorel pan/tilt head, which is all metal except for the knobs, weighs 14.6 ounces, which is only 1 ounce more, so my tripod and head still weigh the same. With the Innorel on the tripod, I can still fold the tripod up and fit it into the bag, exactly the same way as with the ball head. The mechanics are superb. The motion is extremely smooth. It comes with 2 Swiss arc type plates. The plates are long enough to balance a camera with a lens like mine. Two very small bolts at either end of the bottom of each plate prevent the camera from sliding off if the clamp isn't tightened down right. All knobs work smoothly. The mount clamp readily clamps the arc plate tightly and properly, without having to overtighten the knob. All knobs readily clamp without having to overtighten. The camera doesn't move in any direction on the mount once clamped. It's rock solid. As you can see on the photos, the mount allowes for +/-90° tilting. The head returns slowly and smoothly when released. I can easily pan/tilt with one finger. The mount is surprisingly small. I'm a woman with small hands; you can get an idea of the mount size from the photo. I was surprised to find such a quality mount at this price point ($54). I knew I was taking a chance with it when I ordered it, but with Amazon's excellent return policy, I knew I could return it if it even hinted at unstability. It's everything I need/want in a tripod head. I took the new outfit out last night after dark. I had the camera up and running within 5 minutes. I couldn't ask more for a fluid pan tilt mount for my camera.

Big Improvement
Replaced my original tripod ball head with this one. Great value and very solid. Bonus: it came with two quick change arca Swiss plates and a cellphone holder. Great for camera and spotting scope. This one is identical to one sold for $20 more by a big name smart scope manufacturer.

Great Value for Price
Good quality and accessories for the price, 4 1/2 stars, F10 product. The only reason not a 5-star is I bought the item so I could use the tilt-pan feature with an L-bracket, and I intended to rotate the clamp 90° to do so - but the clamp is unable to be rotated 90°, and that is not clear in the description. Otherwise, solid item for the price.

Works great with the Seestar smart scopes
I’m using this head with my new Seestar S30 Pro with an additional leveler. It works perfectly when setting up equatorial mode. It’s built solidly and has smooth movement. My old unit had gotten very stiff over the years. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Very well Made
Excellent mount! While I haven't used it yet because of bad weather I found it well built, fluid movement, built in bubbles levels and incremental hash marks amke it a very useful mount I intend to use with a Dwarf III smart telescope.

Seestar TH10 - Copy is Exact, Quality Excellent
I have both the Seestar TH10 and the Innorel F20. They seem exactly the same design and quality. Each will help the Seestar achieve equatorial mode easily.

The head is a very precise unit in that it is very smooth and dampened so as prevent sudden movement when using. I like the capture plates that are first fixed to the camera (There are 2) that allows for quick locking onto the head. Much faster that using the traditional thread and rotating wheel. The one thing that it does not have is a horizontal levelling adjustment. This I have to do by adjusting one of the legs on the tripod. Apart from lacking that adjustment it is a nice professional unit.
