Pleased with product
So far very pleased. Wanted the downwards opening door which is hard to find. Description of functions slightly awry but never the less ok.

Will inevitably stop working within a couple of years
At first, it seems great. All bells and whistles, looks like it's well put together and quite substantial.Little things begin to stop working properly after a while - pre-heating the oven to 180 degrees to run for 15 minute, for example, it heats the oven up to the desired temperature, but then slowly cools down during the 15 minutes it's supposed to be cooking, meaning by the time it's done, the temperature has fallen to about 120 degrees. This only happens on 180 degrees - put it up to 190 or down to 170 and it seems to be fine, so you can kind of work around it.The big problem is when the "start" button just stops working inexplicably. This will happen eventually to everyone who buys it, sometimes within a year (although mine lasted for 2 years before dying). There is nothing you can do to make it work again, and the repair cost I got quoted was £120, which didn't seem worth it.Long story short, avoid like the plague!!

Failed at less than 3 years old
Liked the product initially. Good features and was quicker than using oven to prepare certain things in a hurry. Had the problem of thermal cut out as previously reported by others. Using a combi cook mode for 2 things back to back was too much for it and it cut out. It's easy to think the appliance is dead at this point but leaving it for 10 minutes and re booting brought it back to life. Now after less than 3 years the start button does not work, along with 2 other buttons on control panel that are rarely if ever used. The control board has obviously developed a fault. Weighing up repair versus replacement at this point but price has now gone up significantly since purchased in Jan 2020. Had a Panasonic inverter model for probably 25 years prior to this with no issues. Even a really old 1980s Toshiba model survived some teenage pranking that involved exploding whole uncracked eggs in the microwave that actually blew the door off.... Damn thing soldiered on for another few years..... These modern samsung models have well noted design flaws in the circuitry.... Shame because it's actually a well thought out unit but just cannot recommend it due to poor reliability.

Excellent microwave
The media could not be loaded. This is the second Samsung Smart Microwave Oven I’ve owned, and it continues to impress me with its versatility and performance. This appliance is truly amazing; it allows you to bake, air fry, and much more, all in one compact unit. It not only looks stylish in the kitchen but also operates quietly, which is a big plus. The sleek design of the microwave adds a modern touch to my kitchen, and it's incredibly user-friendly. The buttons for setting the time and accessing various functions are straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to switch between cooking modes.Additionally, it's easy to clean, which is a huge convenience for a busy household. I also appreciate how safe it feels to use, thanks to its well-thought-out design. Overall, this microwave oven is low noise, efficient, and a beautiful addition to any kitchen.

🍽️ A Mixed Bag: Samsung's Capable, Yet Finicky Microwave
As a busy home cook, I'm always on the lookout for kitchen appliances that can streamline my meal preparation and make my life a little easier. When I came across the Samsung MC32J7055CT 32L Freestanding Microwave, I was intrigued by its impressive list of features and capabilities.Let's start with the positives. The 32L capacity of this microwave is truly substantial, making it an excellent choice for larger households or those who frequently cook for guests. The simple button and dial controls are generally straightforward and easy to navigate, and the 15 pre-set healthy menus are a handy addition for those seeking nutritious, hassle-free meals.I was also impressed by the Slim Fry technology, which allows for healthier fried-style cooking with just a touch of oil. And the smart moisture sensor feature, which automatically adjusts cooking times and modes, is a nifty touch that can help ensure your food comes out perfectly cooked every time. However, it's in the area of reliability and long-term performance where this microwave seems to falter, based on the mixed customer feedback. Several users have reported issues with the buttons and controls malfunctioning, as well as problems with the fan stopping working completely. This is certainly a cause for concern, as a microwave is an essential kitchen appliance that needs to be consistently dependable.Regarding the "Customers say" section, I can understand the praise for the microwave's ease of use and modern, appealing design. These are certainly positive attributes that contribute to an enjoyable user experience. But the concerns about quality and performance issues are also valid, and they give me pause when considering whether to recommend this model.Ultimately, the Samsung MC32J7055CT 32L Freestanding Microwave is a capable and feature-rich appliance that offers a lot of functionality for the price. But the reliability concerns raised by some customers make me hesitant to give it an unequivocal recommendation. If you're drawn to the robust feature set and sleek design, it may be worth a try, but be prepared for the possibility of encountering the issues that some users have reported. As with any major purchase, it's always wise to weigh the pros and cons and consider your specific needs and expectations. 🤔

Just my opinion
Pros and cons on this item, yes its big internally. The drop down door is a big plus, as no stepping around the get food in or out.Big thumbs down on the defrost. After setting, it turns off after about 20 seconds, meaning you have to go back and push the start button again to continue.Too many buttons, and the dial doesnt help. Complicated yes, but well worth the money.
