Lanfala Premium Quality Vegan Gluten Free Non GMO White Fonio Flour 12oz

Hands down the absolute best gluten free flour there is. It took quite some experimenting with other flours and recipes before I found Lanfala fonio flour. This fonio flour is FRESH, very FINE and does not get the grainy feel that other flours have. I made my favorite cookies using lanfala fonio flour. I must say that the taste and texture of the cookies were perfect. There was no grit or aftertaste. I can’t wait to try the other recipes I found on their website such GF fonio pizza and waffles. I am sure my kids will enjoy the waffles or muffins...It is indeed worth a try. I will definitely be purchasing more very soon. I will recommend this product to all of my GF lovers!!

I recently purchased this product and really love the flour. It is very fresh and the texture is just perfect. The packaging is nice and convenient for me to seal and store it in the pantry. I am used to cooking with millet grain and flour and decided to try Fonio flour ( I had heard great things about this flour and grain from a friend) that is authentic to Africa. I made pancakes and salty skillet flat bread and they both turned out great!! I am yet to use this in other recipes!! I love the product and I recommend this product to anyone who is considering switching to a healthy alternative!

Bonne farine facile à travailler. Remplace environ 10 à 20% des recettes originales. Et quelques recettes à 100% Bon complément qui rends les muffins et autres, plus rassasiants!

Did not realize flour was gluten free.Just wanted regular flour.
