These are amazing. I got them because I have a lot of jaw pain from clenching on my invisalign trays. I was surprised at how nice and smooth they are. It's also clear they’re solid metal not something coated in chrome; they have a nice weight. According to my kitchen scale, the stick is about 55g and the gua sha is about 90g. I mostly use the duller side of the rod for deep muscle pressure on my face and I use the gua sha to cover a lot of area. Both of these have significantly improved my pain levels from clenching. I like the little bag and the cleaning cloth provided. Very nice. To give some scale to how good these were and how quickly I fell in love with them, I got them then lost the rod like 2 days later and immediately bought a second set. I found the rod so now I just have 2 sets which is really nice tbh.

Received today and I have to say that it's very nice. First, the packaging is very professional and neat. I would definitely send this as a gift to someone who enjoys self care. Secondly, all the tools are of very good weight and doesn't look or feel cheap. It comes with a polishing cloth and a diagram. However, the diagram is not the same as the one that's shown on-line. I would prefer the diagram in the advertisement because it has more defined color but it's not a deal breaker for me. 5 stars for a very nice product at a very good price and outstanding packaging.
