Low quality product waste of money lid closure is breaked during unbox

Lid hard to open especially when there is hot food inside
The product is good and a great value for money, however it has a fundamental problem. The lid twists easily but it can't be opened well especially if there is hot steamy food inside. There is no grip or knob or handle to open it easily. Lid design needs improvement. Currently have to use a spoon in the slot and pry it open
