I really enjoy the old fashioned plain tomato soup the Campbell makes, but local stores like TJs only carry organic tomato soup with lots of dairy in it. As I have gotten older, I have found dairy can congest my sinuses. So decided to try making tomato soup with this organic tomato powder, and it is good! This USA grown organic freeze dried tomato powder tastes great, sweet with a little tang. It almost tastes like ketchup if you mix it with just enough water. It will clump if not sealed well so he sure to store it properly in a low moisture environment such as your cupboards or pantry. I love that this is organic, domestically grown, and there is no added salt, anti caking agents or preservatives. I will buy this product again.
