They work as advertized.
i had very swollen lower legs and feet, i would say extremely swollen, i took these in morning and at night, and without changing anything else within 2 weeks my legs and feet looked much better, and after 4 weeks ALL swelling was gone. there is no magic pill that will make it happen in a few days, but these did the job for me and would highly recommend.

As I was looking for a product that had this one ingredient, which this does did read the reviews and it definitely if you have water weight deep bloat you you do not need the fully recommended dose, which is for the first day. I used one and then two the second day you do need to sip water throughout. They definitely work.
