Label says produced by Acetaia Catanni Casa del Balsamico Modenese S.r.l.Via Emilia Este, 1741, Modena, Italy. Imported by the Rogers Collection.

Anyone tried both acetaia cattani and acetaia dodi? any difference in age, taste, viscosity?

The consistency is slightly different but the Olivewood is thick and rich I have not noticed much difference in the quality of the taste especially for the price being significantly cheaper:)

How many years is this aged?

I checked their website and it is 8 years. However, I have paid 3 times the price for 20 and 25 year balsamic. This balsamic is THE BEST. I use it on salads, tomatoes, veggies, vanilla ice cream, pears, etc. The consistency is perfect and the taste is awesome. Do yourself a favor and get a small bottle to try and you will be hooked. Enjoy!

I cannot find that information:/ I know that there is no added sugar. Typically there is approximately 8 carbohydrates at the most per tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
