BUY THEM
We originally ordered a six pack of these portable water bricks and liked them so much that we ordered an additional four. Their design is perfect for stacking under a counter as they lock together. They’re 3.5 gallon capacity makes their 28 +/- pound weight more manageable than 5 gallon, Jerry cans. Their no leak caps and handles are very solid and well designed.

They do what they say they will
These are great water storage bricks. Not much to say about them but they stack easily and are sturdy when stacked. Are there other options available? Yep. Will these do the job they advertise? Also, yep.

Excellent Water Storage Solution
Each container holds 3.5 gallons of water with a large opening for filling. They stack perfectly, interlock and are very stable. Each container has an easy to add or remove handle that help in carrying a full container and the 3.5 gallons is a manageable weight. They are perfect for our needs.

Great product.
I bought 6 of these 3.5 gallon containers and they exceeded my expectations. The only hitch is the caps are a little tricky to screw on without cross threading. Once fastened down correctly, it makes a secure, watertight seal. The provided handle makes carrying the containers easy. I like the overall design and how they mesh together to make transporting in RVs, truck beds and boats a breeze. After washing, sterilizing and air drying the containers, there was no foreign odors or unpleasant tastes. Well worth the price.

Good product with some reservations
I purchased these to keep a backup supply of water for emergencies. The last time they shut off our water (for bacterial contamination) we bought piles of the spring water bottles. After a few years those bottles collapsed, so we deemed them unsafe to consume and got rid of them. The Water Bricks are designed for safe storage, so we have purchased some for that purpose. All in all, this looks like a good product. There is one construction characteristic which is important and not made apparent in the product description. There are two pillars inside of the container that make it impossible to get a hand all the way inside. They are obviously there to provide structural support, so not a bad thing. But they do get in the way of cleaning the container. You can see that there is a hole through the container where the pillar is located. Another issue is that it is difficult to get all of the water out of the container because the outlet hole is recessed into the top of the container. When the hole is facing down, there are places under the outlet where the water pools and will not come out. This probably not much of a problem during a water emergency because it doesn't retain much water. But after I scrubbed the brick with soapy water, I wanted to make sure that I got all of the soap out of it. Vigorous shaking and turning the brick over several times seems to have worked. When full of water, each water brick weighs 30 pounds according to my bathroom scale. The handles are easy to install when the cap is off of the container. You do that by putting one hook through its hole, and then flipping the handle over to place the other hook through its hole. When the cap is screwed onto the water brick, it is difficult to maneuver the handle to remove the hooks from the holes. I view this as a feature rather than a defect because it will keep the handle from inadvertently falling off the container and getting lost while the brick is in storage. I cannot speak to leakage of the lids because I will store these upright, with the handles on top. This looks like a good product for our intended purpose of storing emergency water. For other uses, your mileage may vary.

A very clever way to store water
These were replacement bricks for ones I had given away to folks in Western North Carolina who needed fresh water after Hurricane Helene. They are the best. Easy to fill, easy to move, easy to store, easy to clean. I'm thrilled to have a way to store water for emergencies, especially since I have a Berkey system that I can use with the stored water if push comes to shove as it did for family and friends in the fall of 2024.

Nice to have and never need.
Wow…perfect! I didn’t do the cute brick thing, I set them up side by side, so I don’t know if the lids leak. Perfect weight for a 70+ female to fill in tub and carry to a different room.

Durable
I have had these for almost 2 years with water in them. They have been moved around, stacked, unstacked, and transported. There has not been any issues with leakage or plastic tasting water. I also bought the electric pump for them as well and have not had any issues. The bricks stack very well on top one another so there’s no worry of them falling over. Yes, they do cost a little bit but they are well built and I’m planning on buying more. I just wish I could buy 2 instead of 4.
