Very nice zinc supplement

The capsules are easy to swallow. I am liking the inclusion of Quercetin in the formula as this is a beneficial ingredient often ignored. Would purchase again.

The Zinc Quercetin 120 Vegetarian Capsules are a great supplement for getting both essential nutrients in one capsule. It’s nice knowing that quercetin helps transport zinc into the cells, eliminating the need to take two separate supplements. I will note that the capsules are on the larger side, so if you have difficulty swallowing pills, this might not be the best option for you. However, for me, the convenience and effectiveness make it worth it.

There’s many supplements out there with different reviews. You have to pick and choose which one will work for you. I can honestly say that this supplement has prevented me from getting severe flu and cold symptoms. Symptoms are very mild during the cold and flu season. For those that I have recommended the supplement they also agree with me. It has been God sent.

I started taking this again and feel much better for it.

I like these for 2 reasons. I was taking zinc but felt like I did not need the whole dose so I had to cut them in two also I having the Quercetin in them
