Will visible be throttled? I do have surfshark vpn can i use that?

Hard to say as Visible has changed recently. However, you can change the Cudy imei to match the one on your phone and change the TTL/HL to whatever works for Visible. AT&T works better in my area so I haven't tried my Visible SIM in it.

Where can I get a manual for this, not the setup one in the box?

You can download from their web site but I recommend you give these guys a call. They will load you up with great advice and info. They didn't sell me anything as a matter of a fact they gave me the info for their stuff and competitors. With that knowledge I made my choices and glad I did.

The only unlimited SIM plan that we know of is US Cellular. They have limited coverage in the USA.
