Got Reynauds? Gotta have these!
I have Reynauds syndrome, where your fingers and toes get cold really easily, and they get intensely painful if they're too cold. I bought these hand warmers for in my car (my car needs the heater on my windshield). I charge them every two days for my total of 3 hour daily commute, and I use them at work in my office in the mornings. I disagree with the 20 hr statement on a single charge: it looks to be more around 16 hours. It's close enough though. It came with a double USB, which is handy if you only have one usb slot left over to charge them. I've used them every day for hours since I got them and I'm very satisfied with them. The heat comes in waves: it goes to a certain max temperature and then cools down a bit until a minimum temperature and then goes back up etc. So on the lowest setting, you use your bare hands and the hottest part can be slightly too hot to hold for long. The second setting hurts my hands, but I've used them in my hoodie pocket on my belly and that works wonders. The third setting is the highest and it seems like it's more for emergencies or when you go skiing or smt.P.s. I did not figure this out until a reviewer mentioned it, but you can slide the two pieces together (back to back) and they'll form one shape to hold. This makes it easier for me to hold with one hand while the other holds the steering wheel and vice versa. They feel pleasant to hold and are very fun to take apart and clip back together. The dog design is cute, but not necessary for me. I got the black ones.

Great product and works great
These came up as a deal and while I was skeptical they would be a better hand warmer than the throw away ones I decided to give them a shot. Boy was my skepticism gone the first time I used them. I was in DC for 2 days that were in the 30's / 40's and high winds. I was cold and these worked perfect to keep my hands warm as I needed my hands glove free for taking photos. Setting 1 was all I needed to keep the chill down but I had 2 more power levels if needed. I used them in the level 1 for about 1.5 days (prob 15 hours total on time) and they were still providing good heat and still life left in their battery.

Nice
They give nice warmth for quite a long time, (haven't timed them yet) warm your hands or warm your pockets.Wish they had wrist straps but nice nonetheless.

Dad Approved!
My dad's hands a were always ice cold so, I purchased this item for him for Christmas. To be honest, they were a gift from my fur baby so the fact that there are dogs on them was perfect!! I wasn't 100% positive be was going to use them because he's stubborn BUT, the mine he unwrapped them be plugged them in to charge! They are very compact and light, they warm up quickly and warm your hands quickly also. Whenever he comes in from being outside he uses them, and told me he absolutely LOVES them! So, they are stubborn dad approved!!!

They work well, easy to carry
I took them to a trip to Canada, did not use them much but when I did they kept my hands warm. I think the weather wasn't too extreme at the time I went but I can see how these can be useful in extremely cold weather. Better be prepared than sorry.
