I bought SafePhone as a gift to my grandfather. Now the whole family is happy! He easily mastered the phone (thanks to the large buttons), and now we can track his location and receive SOS messages in emergency cases. And, of course, many thanks for pre-installed WhatsApp!

El teléfono tiene muy pocas opciones de personalización, además el botón para mandar alertas de emergencia SOS, tarda mucho en ser mostrado en el móvil del familiar, de hecho ni siquiera se reproduce ningún sonido de alerta en dicho teléfono. Además a la hora de realizar una llamada aparece un mensaje diciendo que el móvil se encuentra en itinerancia y si no se le da a aceptar, no se realiza la llamada esto es un gran inconveniente para personas de avanzada edad que necesitan realizar llamadas con simplicidad. Pienso que tienen que mejorar mucho la aplicación de seguimiento

Ich habs Telefon für die Schwiegermama gekauft, damit sie per WhatsApp erreichbar ist. Leider ist das integrierte WhatsApp unbrauchbar. Ich mechanische Tastatur ist im WhatsApp nicht aktiv. Die Bilschirmtastatus ist in Verbindung mit dem sehr unpräzisen Touch-Screen nicht bedienbar. Finger weg! Geldverschwendung!

Häufig Probleme mit dem laden, da Akku nicht 100 prozentig sitzt. Zu lose im Gerät, mit Papierpolster geht es. Sollte jedoch bei neukauf nicht nötig sein!
