This faucet is much bigger than I thought it would be, but I am happy with that. It’s got a nice hefty weight to it, you can tell it is made of quality materials. The install is pretty straightforward. Theres a water line that come from each faucet knob, and attaches to your hot and cold water valves. These are easy to install like any other line. There is also a second water line that comes from each faucet knob, that connects to a mixing line, this is where the hot and cold combine the goes to the faucet. These lines connect with quick connect connections, making it super easy to connect this section. The only complaint I have is the manner in which the faucet and knobs are secured to the sink. Each piece uses a metal nut, that threads into them to secure them. However the metal nut has two screws, that are used to finish tightening. Now I understand to point if them, it isn’t so much to make it easy when installing, it’s more for if you ever need to remove one in the future. We all know how hard it can be to try to remove a nut up under a sink, that has been in there for years. With these types of nuts, if you ever need to remove one, you simply back the screws out a touch, and the nut should come off with ease. The removable sprayer is nice, the faucet somehow has insane flow, I have to keep it turns down from fill blast or it will spray water everywhere. However the angle makes it a bit odd to use. It’s fine for when you need to spray something inside the sink. But it’s kind of difficult to use when you are filling up something tall, the closer the item is to the faucet the harder it is to pull it out to spray. But honestly it doesn’t happen that often, it’s certainly not a reason to avoid this faucet.

Long time Prime member here. I love this faucet I ordered , the looks, function and quality. The Ione thing I did not like was the pull out hose, It had two option of spray or stream, but no off button, which is kind of inconvenient you have to use your other hand to turn off the water from the handle. I saw one of their other similar faucets designs had a pull out hose with the third button, the turn off button, . I looked up the company and emailed Customer Service., if that other pull out hose would work with my faucet and if so, could they send it to me I would pay.. Julia responded and said yes that would work with my faucet I ordered , and asked for my address to send at no cost.. I thought that was really nice, and I received it and it fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. Great product and customer service, I highly recommend.

Amazing quality! Strong, solid fairly easy to install...as long as you are purchasing for a typical HOME SINK. I made the purchase for a mobile home, and sizes were a little off, but I insisted it work, because its such great quality...made the altercation and couldn't be more pleased!

Couple of notes on this item. The materials in this faucet were metal, not all plastic! Material quality is great. The installation was easy; instructions were easy and clear with photos. Made it simple. One of the best things were the filter screens. They are located where the water lines attach. We get our water from an unfiltered spring which is why we periodically change faucets. These filters will be easy to change. The screens will prevent some of the build up. Best part the company provides extra screens! Normally I do not write reviews.....need to here.

Have had this on our sink for almost 2 years now! Absolutely love and have had zero issues!

Don't buy anything that uses these cheap micky-mouse quick disconnects. Just another way to make things cheap. The disconnects are plastic snap on things that could easily pop off under any pressure. I had this happen once so far. May be that I bumped the hose while I was working under the sink. Either way it is a crappy cheap way to connect hoses. Given it is plastic it will fail eventually and spray water everywhere. I am going to look for brands that don't use these stupid quick connects. Regular stainless steel connectors are the way to go. Plastic will get brittle with age and as small and cheap as these quick connects are, they will break eventually. Also after having this in a while, the faucet handles will move. Very difficult to get them tight enough to keep them from moving. Needed to replace the Philips head screws with 6mm hex head bolts so I could at least try to get them tight enough. This was a real pita to install.

We've been using this faucet for several months now and it's held up very well. No complaints here!
