How do I refill a 540xl and 541xl? What are the green strips for in the photo?

I used the green strips to purge the colour cartridge when it didn't work properly after re-filling. Use with the holder and a syringe (no needle) to suck the ink through to the cartridge head. Works ok now so far.

Providing any starter refillable cartridge?

We do not provide a cartridge. You fill your own empty cartridges. You can also refill the set-up / starter cartridges, possibly not as often as an original cartridge that you bought later.

Can this be used on a Canon TS305

Will the bottles leak if not stored vertically, or if shaken?

No it won't leak. I have bought mine for few months now, and I stored it in a vertical position under my desk. Another point is that all the bottles have something like a solid form stoppers, to my understanding even if it is stored in any position it still wouldn't leak. It is a very good products and I will definitely buy again from the same seller.
