Incredible taste

Amazing Chilli Oil.. Poor packaging
I ordered 4 bottles from the seller. They arrived wrapped in plastic inside a box, no paper to separate between them and nothing inside the box. 2 out of the 4 spilled all over because the lid got damaged. All the seller has to do, is add brown paper or bubble wrap to stop them from moving/hitting each other. That's too bad, the Chilli oil arrived very fast, price is acceptable, why cheap out on the packaging and deliver spilled bottles?

This feels like eating cardboard chunks and chili oil has no taste at all. zero spice and zero taste. please buy other brands product.
