My pillow was not wrapped, was anyone else's delivered like this? I'm not comfortable using a pillow that was thrown into a dirty cardboard box

My pillow was wrapped in plastic very professionally. The tag says the pillow can be machine washed and dried - I would do that if you are not comfortable with what you received or call their customer service department for a solution.
