Purchase this as a gift and it was a big hit. The ballerina sits on a magnet that rotates on the box when the music plays; at first, I thought ballerina was just a cheap toy or broken, but pleasantly surprised when I discovered the purpose. Box itself was much larger than I pictured and good quality, birthday girl was very happy and I would highly recommend! We made a clay bead bracelet with her name on it for a personal touch.

I cant blame anyone but myself when I purchased this without reading the dimensions. It is much to big for a little 4 year old. while is super cute and would do the job we just don't have the space for something this big. I was a little bummed that the dancer needs to be set up right every time you open it as she doesn't just close with the lid. Cute but not as functional as we hoped.

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend’s daughter, she had been wanting a little jewelry music box and the dancing ballerina is adorable. It’s a lot bigger than I was anticipating but that’s not really a bad thing. The only thing I can think of that I personally would like differently is that I wished the music would stop when the lid is closed, but again that isn’t a terrible thing that it still plays when it’s closed. Cute gift, I’d recommend it

I don’t know how others gave this a good review. Crabk is in bottom and every time you set back down ballerina stops. I bought for little girl birthday. Bought her a new one but can’t return. How can I ask a little girl for her gift back. Horrible design and very cheaply made. Ballerina comes apart also. Dividers are made of cardboard and just horrible. Should sell $5 max.

The quality is good for a little girl. She was so delighted. It matches the one I bought for another granddaughter for Christmas. Both love that they have storage for their little jewels.

This is a beautiful box but the ballerina figure was confusing. It has a magnet on the bottom and that is how it moves around but you have to lay it back down to close the top.

Super cute and lots of storage, however ballerina isn't actually attached and doesn't play music when opened. It's just a figurine that lays in box.

1st one arrived wouldn't play the melody . When the second one arrived I had no issues with it. I'd say it should last a few years fairly well made. Love the butterfly handle. I think there could be better quality departments in it seems like cardboard coverd in fuzzy cloth.
