Galaxy Z Flip 5 5G, US Version, 256GB, Graphite - Unlocked (Renewed)

I'll start by saying I was very worried. Read some reviews saying the phone didn't actually come unlocked. Never bought a "renewed" device before, so I also feared the out of the box functionality of it. Glad to say all my fears were unwarranted. Works perfectly fine on the straight talk network. Phone functions as if it is new and is in prestine or new condition. I will say, it didn't have the new stick on screen protector that youd get retail but i expected that. Price was considerably better than an in the box new device by several hundreds. Would buy again from this dealer.

Still using it works fantastic easy sim switch really little bitty scratch on the hing but dosent matter aphone case is highly recommend for this phone

I really enjoyed this phone until the screen completely stopped working two weeks after I received it. The phone would turn on and the outside screen worked, however, the entire inside screen went black all of the sudden and wouldn’t work at all despite trying to reset it. There’s no evident reason for why it stopped working, I didn’t drop it or anything like that. I was advised by a phone repair store to return it since the repair was going to cost more than I originally spent on the phone as I would have to completely replace the screen. After returning it, the company refused to refund me stating that the phone was damaged which is the whole reason why I was returning it in the first place as it was in the condition that I had received it in. There’s no physical damage to the phone at all, just that the screen wouldn’t work. Not happy at all with this product nor the customer service I received and would not recommend buying from this seller.

This has been the best phone so far I have ever had! I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but honestly this is the most high tech nice phone i have ever owned! It does everything I wanted and more! The tiny screen in the front is my favorite part of this phone and also of course, being able to fold the phone in half. No issues with my Sim card I put it in and it instantly recognized my service plan. The folding capabilities are wonderful. I love how it folds for a more continent way of traveling with it, its so easy to use! It is just a beautiful phone. Get it and you won't regret it. The only think I worry about is the folding part, idk how long it will hold up but we shall see. So far so good.

It's cool looking, works fast, better customization than iPhone software wise. Came in what looks like new condition. Don't have to worry much about screen scratches on the main screen cuz of the fold design. Battery life is good compared to my old iPhone se. Has a fingerprint reader, pin, and/or face id unlocked. The outer screen let's me wear it like a big watch.

The condition was supposed to be excellent, however there were many scratches and blemishes to the body. I would not rate this as excellent. The screens are in excellent condition. I'll just have to put a case on it.

I got this phone refurbished for 500 dollars after getting bored of an iPhone 12 Pro. Battery life gets me through the entire day with 50% remaining, but if I don't reboot it after a while it drains nearly all the battery in a day. The flipping is awesome. Cover screen quality is good, if a little low resolution, but it's not too noticeable. Inner screen is great. Hinge has a bit of play but nothing major. The sides where the hinge is has a weird little ribbon thingy that gets a little annoying sometimes. Face recognition is a joke, might as well not have it at all. Fingerprint reader is perfect. Cameras are just okay. They chose an ultra wide lens instead of a telephoto for whatever reason. I never use ultra wide, but I use zoom a LOT. The 1x lens is fine but low light sucks. I am glad I got this below its 1000 price point because I would have hated to spend this much. Will probably be going back to a slab for my next phone. Never Apple again though, iOS sucks.

Was prepared for some scratches and maybe dents! Absolutely none, looks and operates like brand new. Wait for a couple of months to write review incase operating/battery issues, none! Even if it only last one year working like this still 100% better than paying over $2,000 for new one.
