Esta es mi tercer epiladora y esta es muy buena, no jala de más la piel, no irrita y no lastima, el dolor es parte misma de este tipo de depilación, pero funciona excelente y me llego antes de lo marcado, muy buen producto. Como mejora podrían poner a la venta los cabezales individuales o en paquetes como el de los callos qué es el que se desgasta.

I bought this item specifically because I was looking for a rechargeable epilator rather than one that needs to be plugged in. I tried it out and it removed about four hairs from my entire leg. It's absolutely worthless as an epilator, it doesn't grip well enough to pull the hair out. I liked the design a lot, but it's completely useless. And I have much less use for the razor or foot file functions as I already have products that fulfill that role. I have used an epilator for years on my legs and underarms and this is the most pitiful one I've ever seen
