I paid $31.43 with the 10% coupon. That's nearly double what you'd pay for a cheap set of non-stick pans at a big box store. But I wanted high quality pans that would last, and I wanted to avoid "non-stick" pans with chemical coatings that will deteriorate and leech into the food over time. As soon as I saw that the Nordic Ware Baker's Delight 3 Piece Set was Made in USA, I was sold.The pans are thick, heavier than you might expect from aluminum, and very high quality. I immediately washed them and put them to use. Right away I noticed they cooked evenly, and clean up easily. My rusty old "non-stick" pans from years ago can finally go into the recycle bin.

Nordic ware is very sturdy and provides excellent heat conduction. I’ll never buy another brand. Very good value for the cost of the product.

I was on a low cholesterol diet for a while which meant finding many new recipes. Most of these were sheet pan recipes and my sheet pans at the time were very old stainless steel ones that routinely warped when hot.I found these pans and they're wonderful. One of them has stained slightly from a lot of use, but they don't do that sudden SPROING twist when heated, they're a bit larger and deeper than my old pans so they hold food better, and they clean up easily. I mean, I'd rather be able to toss pans in the dishwasher especially as my sink is too small, but even the one dish I made that burned food onto the pan didn't ruin it (just gave it the aforementioned staining, which over time is disappearing). Maybe a bit of soaking, then dobie sponge work to clean up, and it's squeaky clean and ready for the next time.

These are my favorite baking sheets, and I use the lids WAY more than I expected that I would. The sheets bake evenly, are a standard size so parchment paper and other items fit in them exactly as expected, and they are reasonably easy to clean (although I wish that I could put them in the dishwasher). No non-stick coating that can get scratched so you can really beat them up.Overall they function exactly as baking sheets should.

I absolutely love these pans! I use them all the time for baking and cooking. They are well-made and look very nice. I make cookies on them all the time and they do not stick at all. They are a little larger than a normal cookie sheet which I actually prefer.
