PolderKTH-7065-432 Fleur Paper Towel Holder, Silver

I have used others in the past that I like a lot better, but this is functional and works in the area where we have it. Just not the greatest at least for us.

We purchased one of these from Costco years ago. My husband finally dropped it one too many times and the base came apart, so it was time to look for a replacement. I was grateful to be able to find the same model, but unfortunately this one doesn't seem to work quite as well. Our old one was 100% reliable with being able to tear off one sheet one-handed but this is like maybe 75%. Still better than a lot of paper towel holders but I miss our old model!

I just needed a simple paper towel holder and there is tons of them on Amazon - to be honest they all kinda look alike and prices are very similar. I liked that it had a thick pole so the roll doesn't wobble around but other than that I picked it pretty much by accident.What a great surprise! It's a very nice looking item! And also very well made. Somebody put some thought into it, not just attached a metal stick to a round base.Between the weight, the shape and the rubber it really is super sturdy. You can rip towels off as hard as you want and it won't move or tip over. Rubber on the top of the base stops paper from unrolling. The thick pole with this funny top (it's cute too) doesn't allow the roll to fall off. Large base will definitely accommodate any size of paper towels.If you find yourself drowning in dozens of metal paper towel holders on Amazon- look no further, this is definitely a good choice.

This paper towel holder fits perfectly in my kitchen...especially with my goose neck faucet. It's very elegant looking and although the top leaf like finial is painted, light-gray plastic it doesn't look bad. It would be nicer, though, if it were stainless steel, but it's still very nice looking. The rubber pads that the paper towels sit on makes this holder work excellently with a one-handed tear...all the way down to the last couple of paper towels on the roll, and it fits extra large towel rolls without any problem! It also has a rubber bottom so the towel holder stays in place on the counter...just brilliant! I'd absolutely recommend it and will buy another one just to have on reserve for later years. It's so well made, though, that I can't imagine needing to replace this one anytime soon! Love it...check out the pics :)

Finally! I can tear off my paper towels. The others with ‘hold in place’ bars are so difficult for me to handle. It’s always a struggle to get how many towels i want. Just know this one is good for us!

Perfect, i didnt want a tension arm that could break, or a ratcheting system. And this fit the bill. Great quality! The rubber grip system is simple and effective. It looks really nice, and is weighted so it doesnt fall over if u need to clean up a quick spill by grabbing a paper towel as fast as you can. Another plus, alot of other products, and the one from this company but lower priced have stainless steel on the bottom. People have said it rusts. This one has black plastic covering the whole bottom, alomg with little rubber grip feet. Doesnt slide around on my granite. Easy to use too.

I'm very happy with this purchase since the one I wanted, a different one was like over $50. So reviews steered me to this one. So far so good after about 3-4 months of use. Easy to load new paper towel roll, really can tear off one sheet with just a single hand and the roll doesn't unravel either. Have had no trouble with the stainless steel look changing the finish or rusting or anything. And where I live, stainless steel will rust.So all good here with this paper towel holder. Look no further and get this one!!!

Bought both this and the less expensive version that Polder makes. Surprisingly, even though this has more grippy rubber on the base, it doesn't create as much tension on the paper towel roll as the cheaper version, especially when you get the end of each roll. I also thought this would look better, but we prefer the more minimalist look of the less expensive one as well. Plus, you don't have to fuss with removing a cap on the top of the cheaper one as you do with this one. Save a few dollars and choose the other one.

Good stuff, a little pricey though
