I can't do anything but laugh. you suck your brain out trying to get a puff. it's horrible. the effectiveness of the product is not as it should be. You can barely taste it And like I said you have to inhale so hard that you get dizzy. not worth the money

If I could give 10 stars I would. Tried quitting several times - this is the PERFECT complement to the patch or other cessation aid. It completely satisfies the psychological/habit component of smoking after a day or two of adjustment. I’d say the first 1-2 days I craved the “sensation of physical smoke on exhale” while inhale was completely satisfied. That said this satisfied it well enough for the first few days and now I do not miss it at ALL! Best oral fixation for me (note I hate the Nicotine gum since I just chew it constantly and more than that, there’s no “smoking inhale” sensation which I have always struggled with. One thing I’ll caution is they wear out/dry up after about a week and WILL dry out even if you’re not using it and it’s left uncapped, so keep the caps on AND stock up so you don’t run out since they ship slow. (but leave them sealed in the plastic packaging, not just the caps until you use them so there’s zero dry out). Also love that the company was inspired by the founders quit journey - he’s one of us! Can’t speak to non-smokers but I’d also say they’re just “kinda nice” and could be cool/fun even if you aren’t quitting and like the natural flavorful stress effect. Like “tasty deep breathing” Last but not least: YOU CAN DO THIS. It’s normal to need to try quitting many times just keep swimming!!!!!! (And no they haven’t given me any compensation or free product this is just awesome) About 3 weeks into my quit.

I completely quit cigarettes and vapes in Oct. 2023 and I had bought this pen to curb cravings. Did not help me whatsoever. Taking a pull from it is the equivalent of sucking on a piece of plastic. You’re better off sucking on a pencil… The plastic has slight flavor like a sniff sticker, but there’s no “flavored air” sensation and certainly no “nicotine hit” sensation. It feels like *nothing* and won’t ease you out of your hand to mouth habit. Instead of this product, I’d recommend going to your usual seller for some *nicotine free* disposable vapes. “Elf” or “Lost Mary” make a solid nic-free by comparison to other brands. That’s a good starting point for those who need the throat feel of a cigarette or vape. Here’s how I quit smoking: I gradually reduced my intake to nothing over the span of 4 weeks. I initially made guidelines for when I was allowed to smoke. Goal was to regain self control and make the habit harder and harder to access. •Day 1-5) I didn’t let myself smoke at every meal. Just 2/3 •Day 6-12) Only allowed myself to smoke after 2 meals of 3, only on the way home from somewhere -not while driving there, only on 1 lunch break at work, only in my bedtime routine & it couldn’t go to bed with me. After meeting all those goals by day 5, I restricted further. •Day 12-20) I could smoke as got ready for work, and I’d leave the nic in a hard-to-reach place. Each time I wanted a hit, I’d have to reach up high for it and put it back. Couldn’t take it to work with me. Nic wouldn’t leave its designated place. I’d have to go to nic for a hit.

I’m almost a week into quitting vaping. I’m using a nicotine patch but I needed something to simulate vaping for bit. These were sort of helpful the first couple days but they lose their flavor too quickly. By day 3 and a half I ended up buying a zero nicotine vape and it helped soooo much more, obviously but it’s just too much like vaping so, didn’t buy another zero nic vape. I’m using what I have left of these which is basically nothing. I’m just sucking the air through but, it helps a tiny bit. I think a straw would do the same. I mainly bought these because of the lovely reviewer who said in their video review that these were a “godsend”. I wouldn’t go that far but they do help. Realistically though. This should be more like a 10 pack of these for the price. This company wants to make money more than they genuinely want to help people. Good luck to everyone who is quitting vaping or smoking! We got this. PS. Cinnamon toothpicks help a bit too with the urge. But honestly nothing is going to help enough. Quitting is hard. We have to be stronger than our addiction.

I am 53 and had my first heart attack. I had smoked a pack a day for 23 years and found myself in the hospital with no smokes. I survived those 2 days and decided if I can do that I would be stupid to start again. My daughter ordered me these and I had to wait for them to arrive. During that waiting period I chewed straws, nicotine gum, nicotine lozenges, nicotine patches and quickly realized it was not the nicotine it was the action. When these arrived it satisfied the oral fixation I had been craving. There is ZERO nicotine, no charging, no smoke or vapors, it is not a vape. It is literally a plastic stick with flavor about the size of a Marlboro 72 and you can take it and use it anywhere! IT DOES give you the pull as if you are taking a drag from a cigarette and that was what I craved. I can hold it like a smoke, ash it like a smoke only difference is, no smoke. This has given me the freedom I needed. I love the spearmint and icy mint. Highly recommend!!

Ok so I’m giving this two stars as I am sure for some ppl it might help to have something in their mouth to help them quit smoking or vaping but for me this isn’t it. There is hardly any airflow, hardly any taste, it’s as small as my thumb length, and basically nothing like a cig or vape. I bought this hoping it would be somewhat similar to a vape. I’d recommend the no nicotine flair- brand banana ice vapes. They are a real vape and taste is *similar-ish” as you are gonna get to a nicotine vape. Sucks they don’t sell them on Amazon. Ugh. My local store stopped selling them (probably bc I’m the only one buying a nicotine free vape. lol.

You are literally just sucking air but the straw creates a flavor. I guess mind of matter but it does help.

It'll do it's job just fine, But if I were to suggest some improvements they'd be as follows : 1. Make it Longer It's too short! It doesn't feel right in your fingers, it should be as long as a regular cigarette. 2. Needs a Little More Weight It's a little flimsy and I feel like if it were just a little heavier it'd feel nicer in the hand. 3. Rubberized Coating for the Mouth Piece As is the plastic is fine, but it doesn't quite hold in your mouth when you're talking, It needs something with a little more grip. 4. Unflavored Version Please! Not all of us want or need a flavor for these things, I just want something that lets me take care of the urge to have the cigarette there. I do like this product, I think the pricing is pretty good all things considered, but it could use just a couple improvements and it'd be so much nicer of an experience for the user! I'm sure if you upgraded it just a little people would pay a little extra.

Poor product and not worth the money at all. Flavour is almost non exsisent.

Waste of money

Super small. Way smaller than I expected! And I expected to have more of like a Vapor or something, but I guess that’s on me for misunderstanding. It’s a good idea & I could see how it would help people but I personally need something with a little more “oomph” to it, so I will be trying out other products. I got the lemon-lime flavour & I don’t love it. Wouldn’t recommend this & I was super excited about it! Good to have in the car though to help with stress & have something other than a vape.

Absolute garbage - dry, gross, weird flavour, and not helpful. Save your money
