Didn't connect and now my keypad won't work. I'm getting tired of all these junk brands not working out of the box. Amazon should be ashamed to keep items like this listed on their platform

I ordered this remote for my Marantec Synergy 370 garage door because my son purchased a used car that didn't come with a built-in garage remote. Programming this remote was straightforward. I followed the instructions, holding down one of the buttons on the duplicator remote until I saw three flashes. Then, I pressed and held the original remote, waiting until the LED on the duplicator remote started flashing constantly, indicating successful programming. Afterward, I tested the new/duplicator remote on the garage door, and it opened and closed as expected on the first try. Excellent product and easy to program.

I did get these remotes to work, but it wasn’t from following the instructions.I had to do 2 extra steps.Let me help you out by including them here :Depending on your garage opener type, you might need the triple “pin” device used to connect your new remote to your old one. This facilitates easier programming. I got this tool after the instructions wouldn’t work.It made life SO much easier and it’s only about 10 bucks. Just search “Marantec Programming Connector” and you’ll find it here on Amazon.After that, there’s a second step that can help. I found that the battery contact in the new remote wasn’t too stable. I suspected this when the remote would work sometimes, but not all the time.Just pop open the remote, remove the battery and firmly press it back into place, ensuring full contact. That should do it.Overall, these are good remotes once you get them going. It sure beats paying $50 for a pair. Just keep my tips in mind and you should be good to go!

I initially left a 5 star review, BUT after one month they stopped working. The battery holder separates from the circuit board. Can’t open my garage door anymore.

Followed the programming instructions for Marantec 4500 opener and the ones enclosed I was unable to get the remote to program to the garage opener unit itself. It would show it was paired and the light on opener would blink when button on remote was pressed but would not operate the door opener. Fortunately I had an old remote that I was able to pair to the new remote and I was able to get one of the two remotes to operate. Was a very frustrating process, and one remote still doesn't work. I guess you have to somewhat expect mediocrity for the price. Only reason for not giving one star is that one of the two remotes did finally work and the price was reasonable.

The media could not be loaded. Pairing the control was very easy. Press the P button for 3 seconds, press it again two times until LED #3 is selected. Hold down one of the controller buttons until LED #3 flashes and the paring is done.However, pressing the buttons did not open or close the garage door. LED#3 did flash when the remote control button was pressed.I tested manually opening and closing the door from the "main control" and all that the controller was able to do was to STOP the door when opening or closing.So close to being useful, but ended up being useless.

Neither of them were compatible with my garage door opener despite it being listed as one of the compatible models. And one of the two remotes seemed to have some mechanical issues going on, not just compatibility issues.I have a marantec opener, they're not compatible.

it doesn’t work with M4700. I can’t find one from this company that does.
