Quality is good. Has two screws for a firm mechanical grip on bare wire. Banana pins provide tight fit in the binding posts. It might need to be slightly crimped with a plier if your binding posts are bit small or has very tight fit especially on the amp. I've seen examples where banana pins have ripped off binding posts on forcefully pulling them out. Finally these are VFM considering it cost me little less than INR 100/- per piece after discounts. One con I found is that some of the screw threads are crooked - making it difficult to fasten them tight.
