Arrived on time and well packaged. This is a perfect 2 in 1 cross trainer for my home work-outs as I cannot get to the gym at the moment. It is not too large and has all the adjustments to suit different heights and resistance levels. The build quality is really good. The main ‘drive’ unit is pre-assembled which is ideal, so one person can assemble easily in under 2 hours. The instructions are well written and illustrated (read carefully before assembling) and all the tools needed are included, though a socket set speeds up assembly if you have one. Just done a 30 minute work-out and it was very sturdy and quiet. You can stand or sit to use. The workout monitor is simple but works fine and cover duration, speed, calories burnt etc... (you need 2 x AA batteries as not included). Really pleased with this unit.

Great cross trainer, easy to assemble and doesnt take alot of space, i use it everyday and i can see the weight dropping off
