Really thick and good quality large oven gloves that are really well made. Great for taking stuff out the oven.

These are great oven gloves, nice long cuffs to protect me even when things go to the back of the oven. A little stiff for some people but they work for me

I like very much how high the mittens are, no more burns on the forearm. They tolerate as much heat as is needed for a normal oven.

I bought this too replace some fabric mitts that had lost some of their insulating properties. I bought these based on multiple reviews and articles. While they do keep the heat out they feel a bit small, width wise, though they are long enough. What is harder for me to adjust to is the style. I prefer the crab claw design where the thumb goes across the palm, this I may get used to. The grip so far is good, with no slipping, it is just getting hold of pot handles and lids I am finding difficult.

Theses are much better than standard oven gloves. Yes they can let some heat through especially if you are holding the hot pan for a while but my husband has not complained about them as he normally does with oven gloves

These oven gloves do exactly what it says on the packet. They protect your hands and arms from burns. Lovely and thick but to much so that you can't grip with then. Perfect

Long enough to protect your wrists or forearms. Prevents those nasty burns just above the wrists when getting pots out of a very hot oven, and very easy to clean unlike shorter cotton ones which seem to get mucky very easily

Great gloves for the cook who's always burning herself!! I love cooking, baking and anything else in the kitchen. I am very hard on my oven mitts and have went through so many over the years I've lost track. Usually I end up with a small tear in the glove and don't realize it until I pull something out of the oven and get burned. I've also had issues with short oven mitts that don't go far enough up my arm and have burnt my upper wrist pulling larger things from the oven. About 2 months ago I found these, read the reviews and thought the price seemed great so I got myself a pair. Wow! These are amazing! But, I have to admit I was skeptical at first. They are so lightweight I wasn't sure if these would hold up to my kitchen abuse.I waited to write a review until I knew for sure how well they would hold up. They are about 6 ounces each, so very lightweight. They have a nice quilted interior that feels really nice to slip your hand into, instead of the feeling of silicone on your skin. I really appreciate that. They bend and flex easily which makes grabbing things from pots and pans to casserole pans really easy. But even with the light and thin material, you don't get burned! That's where I was skeptical. I was so worried something this thin wouldnt protect me, but boy was I wrong! These work great! The length is perfect too and keeps my wrist and arm safe as I grab things from the oven. They also are great for my heavy cast iron pans. Cast iron can be really heavy and take 2 hands sometimes. These are great for that. My husband has been known to steal things from my kitchen and sneak these out to his grill too. He said they work really for grilling too. So, they definitely fit larger hands that are doing a lot of grilling at one time. I think I know what I'm getting him for his Birthday! All the pictures I took are today, after 2 months of use. They still look like brand new! I really like these gloves and I'm so happy to keep from getting burned anymore. I would highly recommend these and will be ordering another set for our camper and my husband! EDITED TO ADD ADDITIONAL REVIEW AFTER THREE AND HALF YEARS! I wanted to review these after using them for almost daily use after more than 3 years. They are still my favorite oven mitt! The only things that have changed are that the black material around the cuff is now faded and starting to get a little thinner than when it was new, and the liner has also gotten a little thinner after being washed regularly over the past 3 years. It might time for a new set soon. Especially when working with heavy pans from my oven so that I can keep my hand protected from very high heats in the oven, but these are perfect for my everyday cooking with cast iron pans on the stove top. I still have no issues at all! At 20 bucks, and almost 4 years of daily use, these are a great find! I love them and will be getting another set soon!
