I was a little sad. One of the logs was broken when I received it wow I said something to this company and they had it replaced within just a couple of days. The fireplace looks beautiful. The company has great good customer service.

Used this log set for a patio fire pit. Turned out great, but while trying to find the best arrangement of the logs I easily broke one of the logs in half while trying to nestle into the bed (lava glass). Not a big deal but something to be mindful of.

The product is described well. Lighter than it looks. Finishes my fireplace off nicely. It's all in the details! Love it!

I got these wood look to go with my newly refinished fireplace, it looks perfect. It’s going into the summer, so I haven’t had a chance to run the gas fireplace to see if it would withstand the heat, but hopefully it will. I love the look

I wanted these to repurpose a dead (but real) former outdoor propane-burning fire pit unit... one that I had cleverly converted to 12VDC LED "flame bulbs", that now runs off of my low-voltage backyard lighting system. I had smartly ordered 2 full boxes of these logs, as I knew that a single box probably wouldn't quite be enough for my project, and I was right.Overall, the consistency of these "logs" are more like a fairly-dense Styrofoam, which made it easy for me to cut some of them into smaller pieces. They ARE fragile, however, and even though they should work well in my own "no flame" application, I have no idea how they might actually fare when subjected to a real fireplace.I DO think, however, that because of their lightweight, Styrofoam-style of construction, I would instead recommend that you use high-end concrete logs IF you plan to subject these to the heat and destructive-capabilities of a real fireplace or fire pit!

The logs look pretty real and stack well.

The media could not be loaded. Despite the broken log upon arrival, and cheap looking finish on the back, I think the logs are worth it for the price. I am happy with how they look on my gas firepit (48” round) as the size of the logs are the right proportion. They do leave charring on the logs once lit, but that’s what I think looks great, because that’s what real wood does. I was worried about the broken piece, but I was able to hide it. Overall, I would still recommend buying these logs. Just be careful when handling them before you get them in their final resting place and you will be good to go.

not a good product, one evening we just tested our firepit and next day after rain the material became the ashes.

Acquistato per inserimento in caminetto a bio-etanolo.Arrivato in anticipo sui tempi di spedizione ed i pezzi imballati singolarmente in maniera quasi maniacale.Nulla di particolare da segnalare, esteticamente gradevoli, ma lontani da un "effetto legno" realistico.Ancora da testare eventuali caratteristiche refrattarie.Soddisfatto del prodotto, meno del prezzo pagato.
