Exactly as described. A1 condition.
Package dispatched DHL tracked with no issues. Well protected within the packaging. Item itself was exactly as described in perfect condition no blemishes or issues. The earbuds are smaller than the old WF-1000XM4. So far very comfortable and light. Customisable equaliser options and voice assistance. Noise cancelling has always been my favourite feature of these buds and they give my BoseQC 35’s a good run for the money and are less bulky for the commute/gym etc.

get the wf-c510 instead
get the much cheaper sony wf-c510 510s are most secure on ears. xm5 is bigger and falls out you don't need noise cancelling on ear buds as it's useless except on overear I just lost my 510s and it's only 35£ to replace

Good quality but no box!!
Sound was good enough but maybe not for the price. These are allot of money for what they are. Also buying renewed, the condition was great, impeccable even, but supplied in a cheap clear plastic bag which doesn't give the best impression. No box!!!

The headphones do not have internal protection, or should have rubber with protection but they do not, they only have the standard ones without protection, as you can see in the picture. and yes, they don't fit well in my ears, probably because of the anatomy of my ears, I think I'll return them. in resc the sound quality is excellent and the battery life pleasantly surprised me

No sé si es que el producto está defectuoso o si realmente es así pero no suena nada bien y cuando aprietas los botones de los oídos tampoco funcionan

Attention ce produit n'est pas neuf. Article reçu sans boîte Sony, dans un sachet, sans numéro de série/certificat d'authenticité ni mode d'emploi lisible (une photocopie illisiblen en caractère trop petits pour être lus) Element manquant sur chaque écouteur : la petite grille anti-poussière des écouteurs sur la partie qui va dans l'oreille.

Der Artikel darf m.E. nicht als neu verkauft werden sondern müsste als gebraucht -> gut verkauft werden. Es fehlen die Staubgitter über dem Ausgang, somit sind sie nicht vollständig und eigentlich so nicht nutzbar.
