Disappointed!
In the first time I used the pan, all the food stuck to the bottom of the pan. Despite having a beautiful design, it is not worth the investment! Very disappointed! I definitely do not recommend it! I would like to return the product!

Very average :(
It makes me laugh how pan makers boast how long they have been making pans. Zwilling since 1731, so my question is WHY HAVE YOU STILL NOT GOT IT RIGHT? IT ISN't ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!! I bought this set of these pans about a year ago. In general they are fine, they do an okay job of cooking, but there are a few major flaws. The frying pan sticks and barely frys an egg, even when tempered it is not a good pan. The handles heat up and get too hot and they are hollow so they hold water in the dishwasher and leak all over the pan and other dried crockery when removed. Finally they take a good amount of scrubbing to clean. I have had stainless steel pans before, and a good pan when termpered is easy to cook with and easy to clean without needing a coating like teflon. These two important facts do not spring to mind with this set. The only positive thing I can really say about this set is it looks very stylish.

Realmente as panelas são de alta qualidade. Bonitas e com um peso equilibrado.Use sempre fogo médio e baixo. Lembre-se que elas esquentam bastante e rápido. Aproveite para economizar gás.O fato das alças e tampas esquentarem não me incomoda porque já estou acostumado com panelas assim.Se a panela manchar ao fim do cozimento, use limão para limpar.

Vale muito a pena
O conjunto é excelente, vale muito o investimento. Qualidade e acabamento superiores ao que temos no mercado para a mesma faixa de preço. Além disso é visível a eficiência energética: assim que a panela esquenta pode abaixar o fogo que vai manter a temperatura adequada de cozimento.

Não compre
As panelas só são bonitas até o primeiro uso. Segui as instruções e mesmo assim a panela ficou horrível e queimada. O fundo fica todo marcado. As fotos mostram bem. Muito decepcionante pagar um valor caro para as panelas ficarem parecendo sujas.
