This Thai herbal balm worked pretty well. Yes, the smell is strong just like other similar ointment balms so beware when you use it. It does have a good menthol cooling affect when applying it. It also help clear up congestion smelling it. You don't really need to use a lot of it to let it work so the small bottles are a good size. Worth the price for a pack of 3.

Very nice soothing, tingling, and warming action. Makes great small authentic gift. The smell is a bit too overwhelming, a hard to describe combination of mentol and ritual Thai incenses. And it lingers. Do not use this product if you plan to visit crowded places.
