I did not think I'd like a weighted blanket. I have severe fibromyalgia and barely sleep. This blanket has actually helped me sleep a little longer. It is so soft. It washes and dries very nicely and has held up very well. So glad to have tried it.

Great weighted blanket
My son loves this blanket! He has a really hard time falling asleep at night and this helps him to feel more comfortable. He’s 10 and I got him the 12lb - which is larger than the recommended weight according to the chart, but he had outgrown the 5lb blanket he was using and I felt that 7lbs wouldn’t make much of a difference. He likes the 12lb blanket and doesn’t feel like it’s too heavy. The color is great, it’s soft and we love that it’s washable. I had the 5lb blanket for about 4 years and it held up in the wash (we hung to dry) without tears or shifting with the weight. I’d recommend this blanket.
