The arm, gas spring and all have excellent quality with proper installation instructions. The only issue is with the part i have shared in image. It is slightly tilted and yes you CAN NOT adjust this, as this is permanent. Final result is you get slightly tilted monitor, so you can't use this monitor arm. My request is to seller: Please don't waste buyer's time and your shipping money. If someone is spending 3k then at least you can check the product before sending.

Amazing product. Creates a lot of space on your table, cleaning is an easy task, you have the flexibility to pull, push, rotate, change angle and viewing point of the monitor as per your convenience. A great buy I must say. The arm is robust, sturdy and durable. It is a 24 inches Dell monitor which you are seeing in the pics.

My experience with the product has been good. The built quality is sturdy and holds a 32" monitor upright nicely. I have LG UltraGear 32" monitor 2 issues I faced - a. After following the guide, I realised that I need to remove the whole bracket from the arm and not just the slide in thing as the sliding thing won't fit into the assembly on the arm due to ingressed vesa mount on the monitor. b. the rotation is a bit clunky right now, hopefully it smoothens with time.

The product is of superior quality and effectively fulfills its intended purpose. I utilize it in conjunction with my 29-inch Ultra-wide LG monitor. The sole challenge I encountered was determining the method to rotate the monitor, as it initially exhibited a considerable degree of rigidity. To successfully rotate the monitor, it is imperative to first secure it in place and subsequently apply a moderate amount of force to turn it. Once the initial resistance has been overcome, the monitor will rotate smoothly. The customer support team demonstrated exceptional dedication in assisting me to troubleshoot the issue.

Excellent monitor arm that effortlessly supports my 32" monitor. Initially, there was a slight sag due to the weight, but a simple fix involved tightening the hex screw found towards the middle of the arm labelled '- Lighter Screen' and '+ Heavier Screen.' Tightening it toward '+ Heavier Screen' resolved the issue, and now it perfectly supports up to the specified weight in the description. I'm currently using a single arm, testing its capability, and it performs superbly. Assembly was a breeze with clear and illustrated instructions, detailing which screws and hex keys to use. The space it has freed up is impressive, and the quality is outstanding, especially considering the reasonable pricing. I'll definitely recommend this to friends and family.

So I wasn't very hopeful for this product - it is super cheap, especially in regards to comparable products, and there were no reviews at all. I thought for sub-$30 I would give it a shot. I don't leave reviews, but this time I had to as there are none for this product. This product arrived the next day, and it took me about an hour to setup - because I had to rearrange everything on my desk, and I'm a perfectionist (aka OCD). It wasn't hard to setup, and the materials are very good quality. It's sturdy - the only 'issue' I had was it was hard to tighten one of the bolts that controls the forward and back mechanism - so every few days my monitor moved slightly foward. However, with the right allen key, that is resolved. I'm really happy with this product - for the cost it's really worth it. It's not a gas operated one or anything - pure bones (albeit good quality bones) and keeps my monitor upright at the right angle. Pick this if you just want a monitor off the desk. I have no regrets. Take a look at the photos - I'm no photographer but shows you what you need to know.

In fact, when I initially ordered it, I ALMOST canceled it, thinking to myself, "do I REALLY need this?" But now that I have it, I find myself thinking "OMG, how did I ever live without it?!" This mount is exactly what I wanted/needed! It's surprisingly sturdy, looks great, and provides the range of motion I need. The directions are clear and concise. The parts are of a sturdy quality. I bought this for my 23" dell. It was literally hanging off of the side of my desk. Now, it's suspended. And glorious. I now have ample desk space that I haven't seen for about two years.
