I’ve seen many of these products n have tried a few at home shows. I was not impressed. Thought I’d try these to see if they’d help with tremendous knee pain. I have knee pain due to a medical condition that cause muscle n nerve pain and balance issues. With being off balance, it throws off my knees. The first time I used this, I got up to walk n was impressed I could walk without pain for the first time. 2 days later I went on a trip n did a ton of walking in the airport. I haven’t been able to walk that in a long time. Accidentally left this at home n had to order another one to be delivered to my hotel so I could use it on my trip. For the first time in a long time, I can wake up in the morning and start walking without really bad knee pain since I use this for a few months before I go to bed. Now I have one for travel and want to stay at home. After hesitating, I wish I would’ve got this sometime ago. I never expected to be so amazed with this product. This was definitely above and beyond what I expected. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Thank you Comfier for making a great product

This has been a wonderful recovery tool addition to my bag. I like have the portability of this knee heat and massage after playing sports or after long day working out in the yard. it has the ability to be heat function only, massage only or have both.Positive features: has heated feature mostly on the front part of the knee brace, massage is also same location. The velcro straps are sturdy and hold it in place well if your doing minimal walking.removable device is magnetic to the knee brace so it has an ok clicking sound when it attaches.The knee brace is easy to wipe clean if needed.Improvements: I would be nicer for the removable device to have a better alignment to the knee brace, it does have magnetic connection but I'd have to move it around a bit before it really engaged.It would be a nice addition if there was some heat to the back of the knee straps and massage abilities.As with most massager it isn't silent when the massage function is running.

It really helps with my restless legs

Works as advertised and works well. Almost gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I feel it needs a couple tweaks, but 5 as these were me issues not the unit. I bought this more for my shoulder and elbow issues I have, but also for mild knee issues at times. The shoulder strap set up is a bid hard to do by yourself - at least at first. After a couple tries it gets easier. To use on elbow it is a bit loose and again hard to get good tight strapping one handed. Also since I do not have large knees, it was a bit loose, even strapped tight, and had to hold knee slightly bent to feel full effects. You also need to adjust unit so the vibration "motors" do not hit on your knee cap(s) or can be a bit intense. However for some this may be great.There are 5 vibration modes and these are strictly "modes" not intensity levels. The vibration effects take a bit of getting use to, but definitely aid in stimulating the areas and relieving stress, however for me, is mostly realized after treatment is over. The vibrations are strong but not too strong. The heat settings are nice and do have intensity settings and seem to heat up quickly and have good coverage.Overall, a decent unit especially if you like the vibration effect. Being able to utilize on the shoulder and elbow is a plus.

The size was made for small people. It comes with extensions but it feels awkward and loose even if I make it as tight as I can. The vibration is based on two little circles. I wish it had double, and that the fitment hugged my knee tighter so I could feel the vibe more, however, the heat feels so heavenly. It really helps the aching, especially on cold mornings when my arthritis hurts so much. I didn’t really think the massage would be impactful, and the heat was why I bought it.
