I've a metabolic myopathia, my doctor suggested to change to a Keto-lifestyle (or a low carb lifestyle) to reduce the daily muscle pain, and it works with Keto CaNa, now I'm more active and I need this product to start my day! A nice to have effect was, I lost about 10kg (20lbs) weight, without any special training. But this is my case, and a very special one, my blood state of vitamins and minerals are closely controlled by my doctor I wouldn't do this without the consultation and check of my doctor. First I ordered Keto-CaNa from the Netherlands, but they had delivery problems and I ordered from the USA via Amazon and the order and delivery including the German Coustom-fees were easy to handle and a great way to get the stuff.

This product has the best taste right out of the jar of any ketone salt product. I have only bought the orange citrus flavor although I think there is at least one other. This one tastes a lot like the old (sugar laden) 'Tang' drink mix. The price is marginally more than another ketone salt product that I tried (and reviewed elsewhere), but the taste is superior, probably because the pH is adjusted correctly with the appropriate amount of citric acid.A word on dosage:The recommended dose of one 19 gram scoop is way more than necessary. By my own experience based on experimentation, I have found that 1/2 Tbsp of powder in 2 oz of water is sufficient for effective appetite control. The most anyone would ever need in one serving is 1 Tbsp in 4 oz of water. Any more than that is wasteful and no more effective. You do *not* need to use it on a regular basis, that also would be wasteful and costly. Just use it as a *tool* to help you through keto induction and to calm down the occasional but inevitable cravings that you can encounter when you are eating keto. It also helps you get back into keto painlessly whenever you drop out of keto metabolism. Do not think of it as a food or a supplement. That way, a jar will last you quite a long time.

I wanted to have this for my exercise routine, but I cannot get past the taste. It is way too sweet and the orange flavor doesn't help make it palatable.

I have tried all the mayor competitors of this product. This is the best and cleanest. Effective, clean.

I am using this as a pre-workout, works great. Initially, it was making me nauseous but my stomach got used to it after few days.
