Both nutritious and a treat for birds. I have an African Grey, Moluccan Cockatoo, and Red Bellied Parrot and they all love it. Note- I feed this food as a treat mixed in with their pellets.

Too many sunflower seeds.
Too many subflower seeds. I am trying to cut down on giving too much sunflower seeds as they are fatty and it takes me so long to filter thru a handful of this mix. Will not purchase it again.
