I bought this arch support sole as I have an arch foot and which was causing pain on the right outer side of my foot while walking particularly on gravel paths.Internet pointed out that wearing an appropriate shoe support sole will help and that is how I ended up buying this item.It has worked well for me apart from a bonus benefit of increasing my height by half an inch.Good item overall
